CustomCare™
CustomCare is a completely customized maintenance plan designed to suit the uniqueness of your elevator equipment and of your building. At your direction,this plan can include service calls, repairs, and also annual testing fees in addition to your regularly scheduled maintenance visits.
BasicCare™
BasicCare is our basic proactive maintenance plan which will help prolong the life of existing equipment with regularly scheduled lubrication and adjustments. Our BasicCare plan will also inspect critical components and notify you of any anticipated shutdown situation.
